TAMS incorporates a modular approach to meet the specific business requirements of our customers. Integrated with the TAMS Platform, the TAMS modules are tailored for users to collaborate and manage key asset management functions across multiple business roles and controlled by access rights.

Tabitha and its implementation partners work closely with our customers to analyze functional requirements and identify which modules are needed. Once determined, modules can be deployed independently, together with other modules, all at once or through a phased approach depending on customer priorities, timing and the overall business objectives.

The menu of TAMS modules includes:


Origination

v      Provides an end-to-end workflow for the entire origination process - including asset sourcing, proposals, acquisition and contract booking.

Establishes and enforces on-line policies and procedures. Configurable forms templates standardizes the booking process and generates documents automatically. 
Asset Valuation

Standardizes the asset valuation process through roles based work-flow for valuation requests, collateral valuations, residual pricing and portfolio management. Flexibility to build new or use existing asset definitions and classification.

v Logs all user activities to satisfy audit and compliance. Systematically gathers and indexes all valuation data for collateral valuation and managing residual exposure and risk.

Leverages historical information from remarketing and service management modules to incorporate experiential data as part of the valuation process and allows for easy integration of valuation data from third party sources.
Maturities (End of Term)

v      Manages critical processes at the end of a contact's term. Automates notification queues based on pre-determined business rules and utilzes forms templates for document consistency and ease. Routes communication electronically and sends email alerts and stutus updates to relevant parties.

Creates consistency by standardizing key end of term activities such as negotiating end of term options. Leverages historical end of term data for benchmarking, forecasting and negotiating favorable terms.
Service Management

v      Manages all service activities such as maintenance, logistics, repairs, appraisals and remarketing with enterprise-wide consistency across all asset types and geography.

Creates a centralized portal for all service related activities. Registered service providers transact, manage and report on all service activities through a secure website. Provides a central repository of service related data for audit, compliance and control.

Fees Management

v     Manages fees and associates them with relevant assets, business units, service providers, customers and contracts. Creates a library of fee types and associated calculation rules. 


Fee data is available to measure total cost of ownership and forecasting expected asset management costs by asset type, contract term, historical service requirements and anticipated usage. 

Asset Remarketing

v Provides a flexible on-line remarketing solution for selling assets through sealed-bid, direct sale and internet auctions.  Registered buyers receive email invitations and can view a
sset details and offer information 24x7x365 on a secure website. Bidding, event status and transaction fulfillment are completed electronically.

Standardizes the asset remarketing process and creates a consolidated database of asset values and sales history that can be utilized enterprise-wide for fbenchmarking residuals and forecasting end of term buyouts.
Invoicing

v      Provides flexible invoicing and payment tracking finctionality to meet multiple invoicing requirements, whether by asset, contract,cost center, customer, partner or service type.

Utilizes batch processing and/or XML data transfers to communicate invoice and payment information between parties. Stores invoicing and payment histories for reconciliation and reporting requirements.
